Anthony draws on more than a decade of experience to serve his clients across every phase of the patent lifecycle—from invention harvesting and application drafting to worldwide prosecution, licensing, and freedom-to-operate analysis. He has performed patent landscape reviews and FTO opinions for clients in AI and wireless systems and is trained in mechanical and electrical systems with deep domain experience in AI/ML, wireless communication (5G/6G), automotive technologies, semiconductors, analog circuits, and embedded systems.
Before joining the firm, Anthony served as Senior IP Counsel at a leading global consumer electronics company, where he managed a portfolio of more than 1,200 assets covering next-generation neural networks, real-time multimedia platforms, and automotive software. His background as a former USPTO patent examiner, combined with his engineering knowledge, enables him to anticipate examiner concerns, accelerate allowance, and craft claims that withstand both competitive and regulatory scrutiny.
