Brooke represents institutional investors, private equity funds, public and private companies, owners, developers, pension funds, and family offices in connection with all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and other equity capital arrangements, financings, development, and leasing. Brooke also has significant experience advising corporate clients with respect to real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing transactions. Among other clients, Brooke has represented Goldman Sachs, Ullico Investment Advisors, Inc., Capstone Development, WMATA, and DSC Partners LLC.

- Representation of investment fund in its formation of various joint ventures to own, develop, operate, and finance residential, office and industrial assets throughout the US.
- Representation of transit authority in connection with its ground leasing and development of various mixed-use projects throughout DC.
- Representation of real estate investment company in its joint venture acquisition, financing and development of hotel assets throughout the US.
- Representation of real estate investment company in its sale of multiple assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities throughout the US.
- Representation of investment fund in its joint venture acquisition and related financing of 53 last-mile logistics centers throughout the US.
- Representation of hedge fund in its refinancing of a luxury resort in the Dominican Republic.
- Representation of a family office in its preferred equity investment in the development of two residential towers in New York City.
- Representation of the owner of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in its transfer of 60 healthcare facilities throughout the US.
- Representation of major airline in the redevelopment of its terminal in JFK and related sublease of space to other airlines.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Brooke worked as a Real Estate Associate in the New York City office of an international law firm. During law school, she interned for the New York Yankees.
Life Beyond the Law
During her free time, Brooke enjoys cooking, writing a novel, and spending time with her dog.
