Chris focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has experience working across a wide range of subject matters, including insurance and reinsurance coverage, contract disputes, anti-trust claims, and class actions. He manages matters from early case assessment through dispositive motions and hearings, and is experienced with depositions, discovery strategy, mediations, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
Before returning to ArentFox Schiff, Chris served as a law clerk to federal judges at both the appellate and district court levels. He prepared judges for oral arguments, helped manage their dockets, conducted legal research, and drafted bench memoranda, orders, and opinions across civil, criminal, and administrative matters—experience that informs his pragmatic approach to litigation.
