Constance specializes in commercial litigation and regulatory work, with a focus in breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and commercial fraud actions across federal, state, and arbitral forums. Her commercial litigation work also focuses on representing insurers and reinsurers, including property and casualty, financial reinsurance, and captives, as well as various market participants, from carriers to policyholders. She is adept at helping private companies navigate the complexities of regulatory compliance, enabling them to mitigate risks as they launch new services and expand into new markets. As a thoughtful and creative attorney with an international background, she maintains a very active public service and pro bono practice.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff full-time, Constance was a summer associate at the firm, where she assisted partners with drafting of client memos, case law research, and drafting of Certificates of Conversions. While in law school, Constance served as associate editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
