Cristiana has assisted international consumer brands on complex commercial transactions, international trade, licensing, intellectual property strategy, and regulatory compliance. Known for pragmatic, business-forward counsel, she brings a steady, solutions-oriented approach to high-stakes negotiations across sponsorships, events, brand collaborations, and technology transactions.

Cristiana previously served in a series of senior legal roles at FILA U.S.A., Inc., where she held responsibilities spanning commercial transactions, intellectual property and licensing, international trade and regulatory compliance, supply chain, dispute resolution, legal operations, and corporate governance. She most recently served as Deputy General Counsel and Interim General Counsel. During her tenure, she directed trade and regulatory initiatives, created compliance programs, assisted in the management of the global licensing portfolio, negotiated sponsorships, athlete and influencer endorsements, agency and production agreements, SaaS and technology arrangements, manufacturing and logistics contracts, and wholesale and distribution agreements. Her work at FILA consistently grounded legal strategy in operational realities, enabling risk-aware execution across global channels.
