Duncan handles a variety of matters under Environmental laws and regulations.

Duncan’s varied experience in environmental law enables him to deliver exceptional service to his clients. He offers guidance to clients in a wide range of issues, including renewable energy development, environmental remediation, extended producer responsibility, and permitting.

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Duncan was a law clerk at the Hawaii Supreme Court. He first joined ArentFox Schiff as a summer associate.

Duncan studied at the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he was an Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Policy and a member of the Order of the Coif. While in school, Duncan was a law clerk for a boutique law firm, the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Hawaii, and the Washington State Solicitor General’s Office.
