Jeffrey represents clients in all aspects of their real estate and real estate finance activities. He has extensive experience in leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, financings, restructurings/workouts and development involving a wide range of commercial real estate assets.
In addition, Jeffrey specializes in public-private partnerships between municipalities and private companies and represents or has represented multiple municipalities and developers on both sides in public-private partnership ventures, including in the professional sports industry.
Jeffrey leads the Firm’s Leasing Practice Group.

- Represented a professional baseball team in Major League Baseball for the development, construction and leasing of a new baseball stadium and obtaining public financing from city and county municipalities in Florida.
- Represents multiple international luxury fashion brands for their retail leasing in shopping centers across the United States.
- Represents a Fortune 10 company both in data center leasing and its retail store leasing in multiple jurisdictions in the United States.
- Represented a Fortune 10 company in obtaining approval of its data center buildout in multiple counties in Northern and Central Virginia.
- Represents the National Women’s Soccer League in oversight and approval of team stadiums and practice facilities.
- Represents a global financial institution in leasing industrial assets in the northeastern region of the United States.
- Represents a real estate investment company in the acquisition, disposition and financing of multifamily, office, industrial and manufactured housing, including investment through equity investment and joint ventures.
- Represented ArentFox Schiff LLP in finding and negotiating its new headquarters lease in Washington DC, to open in January 2028.
