Katherine advises clients on matters involving US trade remedy proceedings.

Katherine advises foreign governments and companies on various international trade litigation matters, with a particular focus on US trade remedy proceedings involving antidumping and countervailing duties before the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission. She has also been involved in several US court appeals before the US Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Katherine was an international trade associate at an international law firm. 

Before attending law school, Katherine worked as an International Trade Legal Law Clerk and Paralegal, where she supported a variety of international trade cases and disputes before the World Trade Organization and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
