Kimia’s practice focuses on labor and employment counseling and litigation, as well as complex civil litigation.

Kimia represents employers at every stage of the dispute lifecycle—from pre-litigation investigations and demand resolution through administrative proceedings, motion practice, hearings, and trial.

In addition to her labor and employment and complex litigation work, Kimia maintains an active role with the firm’s trade litigation group and collaborates with the professional responsibility team on Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) compliance initiatives.

Previous Work

Kimia first joined the firm as a Summer Associate. Before returning to ArentFox Schiff, she gained experience as a summer law clerk at a mid-sized employment and labor firm. During law school, Kimia served on the Executive Board of the Middle Eastern Law Students Association and was a Teaching Assistant for both a first-year legal writing course and an immigration law elective.

Life Beyond the Law

Outside of work, Kimia enjoys reading and traveling.
