Laure Hadas-Lebel

Laure has broad intellectual property experience, with a particular focus on trademark management and counseling. She manages domestic and international portfolios. She assists with all aspects of trademark protection, including clearance, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, and licensing. She also has extensive experience negotiating licenses, settlements, co-existence agreements, and related agreements. Laure also handles TTAB disputes and assists in IP litigation. In addition, Laure assists clients in matters relating to copyright protection, unfair competition law, and other areas of intellectual property law. Laure works on behalf of clients in a wide range of industries, including in the fields of entertainment, retail, software, clothing, franchising, hospitality, industrial products, food and beverages, and pharmaceuticals.
Laure has also assisted on international arbitration matters, including the representation of sovereign nations before international forums, including the World Bank’s International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in investor-state disputes and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) in a maritime boundary dispute.
Laure has also worked on commercial real estate acquisitions in the hospitality industry. Further, Laure assists with a variety of business transactions.
Given her knowledge and training in both French and American law, Laure serves a number of French-speaking clients.
