Marlo’s patent practice focuses on the medical industry, including medical devices (both mechanical and software-enabled), catheters, consumer devices, and fitness equipment. She also assesses invention disclosures, prepares freedom-to-operate, infringement, and patentability opinions, and advises and educates clients regarding patent-related issues.
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Marlo was a patent agent with a mid-sized law firm in Boston, MA.
Life Beyond the Law
Outside of work, Marlo is active in raising awareness and research funds for Tuberous Sclerosis Complex, a rare neurological disorder that has profoundly affected her family. In doing that, she has met with US senators and representatives to advocate for rare disease research.
