- Representing a real estate private equity company in purchasing, selling and financing various apartment projects in California, Oregon, Washington, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida and Texas.
- Representing a private investor in the sale of two office buildings in Carlsbad, CA.
- Representing an institutional lender in the foreclosure of a boutique hotel in downtown Los Angeles, CA.
- Representing a private investor in the extension and amendment of mortgage and preferred equity loans secured by an office building in Denver, CO.
- Representing a debtor in bankruptcy in an auction sale of multiple almond ranches throughout California’s Central Valley.
