Molly has over thirty years of experience crafting strategies to help families navigate a variety of financial situations. As a family advisor, Molly continuously monitors and updates clients’ estate plans as their circumstances evolve. Her wide range of clientele includes business owners, professionals, executives, venture capitalists, real estate investors, and multigenerational families.
Molly approaches her work with empathy as she guides clients through the estate administration process during challenging times. She helps individuals manage the logistics when a family member passes away and an estate plan is activated.
Beyond wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives, she prepares a variety of specialized documents, including dynasty trusts (generation-skipping trusts, or GSTs), premarital agreements, grantor-retained annuity trusts (GRATs), spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs), and more. She creates structures for asset protection against taxes, creditors, divorcing spouses, or even the beneficiaries themselves. Additionally, she addresses US estate planning for clients with ties to foreign jurisdictions.
