AFS Automotive Group Advises Knight Automotive Group in Sale of Sacramento Subaru Dealership

ArentFox Schiff advised Knight Automotive Group, a Canada-based automotive retail group, in its sale of Elk Grove Subaru to Lithia Motors, Inc., the nation’s largest automotive dealership group (ranked by total units sold).

The transactions also involved the sale of the dealership’s parking lot to be used in the development of a new storefront and multiple short-term sublease agreements to be used for dealership operations in the interim. The transactions closed smoothly in accordance with the client’s and Lithia’s desired timeframes.
