ArentFox Schiff Advises Triumvirate Environmental in a Transaction With Berkshire Partners

ArentFox Schiff represented Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. in its recently completed transaction with Boston-based private equity firm, Berkshire Partners, pursuant to which Berkshire made a significant growth investment in Triumvirate, based upon a company valuation of $1.8 billion.

Triumvirate, a long time AFS client, is a national leader in the hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal and remediation industry with facilities throughout North America. The growth investment from Berkshire Partners will allow Triumvirate to expand in new regions, add new service lines, and enhance its technology capabilities.

The AFS deal team included more than 40 attorneys from multiple practices, including Corporate & Securities, Tax, Real Estate, Environmental, Regulatory, ERISA, Finance, and Labor, Employment & OSHA.

The AFS deal team was led by Boston Managing Partner David M. Barbash and included Jeffrey B. Tate, Paul A. Schmid, Madeline MacIsaac, and Alex Garel-Frantzen.
