Saukshmya specializes in intellectual property litigation, comprehensive evaluations, and advisory services. Her experience covers diverse technological fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, telecommunications, and mechanical systems. She has a background in guiding both global and Indian corporations in complex legal disputes within the Indian judiciary across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, sustainable energy, fast-moving consumer goods, and hospitality.
Saukshmya has managed litigation from pre-suit investigation to trial, including complex discovery, brief drafting, and pre-trial preparation. Her trial experience includes examining witnesses and drafting Daubert and in limine motions.

Saukshmya has provided pro bono representation through the Pro Se Project and volunteered for the United States District Court–District of Minnesota’s Open Doors to Federal Courts program.

Outside of work, Saukshmya enjoys the arts such as singing, playing Indian Classical on the violin, painting and watching live theater performances.
